The wildfire season is now upon us.
The wildfire season is now upon us. Given current conditions, it could be a particularly dangerous year. Your neighborhood RTG Firewise Captain volunteers will be passing out the 2026 Packet. Please go over the contents with them. Ask for at-your-home guidance on wildfire mitigation measures that might be taken to improve the survivability of your property. For more information, go to the RTG Fires Safety section of this site:https://rtghoa.org/fire/

    RTG HOA Annual General Meeting
The annual RTG HOA General Meeting will at 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 2 at St. Phillips Lutheran Church, 8065 Carmel Valley Road.  Our District 5 Monterey County Supervisor, Kate Daniels, will address County funding for maintenance issues at RTG. Currently, these needs for storm drains, roads, and wildfire mitigation are grossly underfunded. Also, all HOA Board of Director positions must be voted upon including proposed new members. There will be an open forum for all homeowners to ask questions and voice issues that affect our community. Please try to attend.

    RTG Firewise Certification for 2025
Congratulations to our entire community for again achieving Firewise Certification in 2025. This certificate can be useful in 2026 for both availability of and discounts for home fire insurance. 145 homeowners took part by submitting their Firewise Home Wildfire Ready documents. An average of 18 hours of personal labor and $4030 for services was spent by each home. Two Chipper runs removed more than 90 cubic yards of hazardous fuel, paid for by HOA dues. A superb community effort again completed.
