The Rancho Tierra Grande (RTG) Homeowners Association (HOA) is non-profit, mutual benefit organization comprised of owner-elected representatives. Since RTG has no common asset ownership (swimming pool, gym, etc.), the HOA is governed by the California Davis-Stiriing Common Interest Development Act. Membership and dues payment are completely voluntary. Also, there is no power to levy fines against RTG owners.
