Rancho Tierra Grande has just received a new Firewise certification for 2023. This effort has
improved both individual home and community safety. Also, discounts for current home
insurance plans will again be possible. In addition, it is provable positive results for the
California State Insurance Commissioner to get lower rates from insurance companies. Some
key RTG accomplishments were:
• 144 homes recorded (69% of total)
• 55 hours of resident labor per home
• $4462 per home spent for property improvement
• 90 cubic yards of Chipper material removed with service paid for by the RTG HOA
