Last week, Granite encountered some unexpected challenges during the removal of the Vee Gutter drainage concrete. In many areas, tree roots were heavily intertwined within the subgrade and had to be removed. Thus, there are now small piles of roots within the taped-off sections which will be removed and properly disposed of.
On Friday, May 29, the first concrete trucks arrived on site. Going forward, residents can expect to see concrete trucks operating in the neighborhood daily, continuing into this week as the gutter work proceeds.
