Congratulations to our entire community for again achieving Firewise Certification in 2025. This certificate can be useful in 2026 for both availability of and discounts for home fire insurance. 145 homeowners took part by submitting their Firewise Home Wildfire Ready documents. An average of 18 hours of personal labor and $4030 for services was spent by each home. Two Chipper runs removed more than 90 cubic yards of hazardous fuel, paid for by HOA dues. A superb community effort again completed.
