Monterey County is having a meeting on September 25 to propose a special Prop 218 property tax assessment vote by RTG Sept 2025 CSA17 Meeting Flyer. The request is based on the Harris Engineer’s Report for cost estimates of future County maintenance requirements for the community 2025 Harris Engineering Report. The RTG HOA is taking the position that a significant portion of this maintenance cost should be covered by existing property taxes taxes RTG HOA Position on Prop 218 Tax Assessment.
